Service Description
I created this program noticing that in order for lifestyle changes to successful, certain key factors need to be in place: -Personalized: Each person is unique. Has different goals, body, root issues to tackle and different blocks keeping them from achieving success. -Accountability: Having accountability is SO important to stay on track. Studies show that those with accountability from a professional and a support system are 3x more successful with lifestyle change and weight loss than individual efforts. -Mindset and Habits: Last but not least, this is the REAL key to success. What brings real, lasting, long-term results are daily habits and overcoming mindset blocks that keep us stuck. Many people are aware of the habits that can sabotage their progress, I help clients to apply strategies to overcome these habits and change to better habits. This takes time and cannot be achieved in just a couple sessions. People can invest in a “diet and workout program” for a month and find short term motivation, but without the deeper work on mindset and creating sustainable habits, results don’t typically last.
