In this call, we'll introduce you to the program. Make sure you know where to find everything , make sure it all works and how to get ready for our first Session to create your personalized plan.

Cancellation Policy

Please give notice for cancellation or rescheduling. If late for session, it may not be extended out of respect to other clients whose appointments follow. Please respect my time, and I'll respect yours. ** Please do not book a call with me if you cannot commit to showing up or letting me know you cannot make it. No shows will not be able to re-book calls or services at a later date.
