Healthy Christmas Eggnog

It just isn't Christmas without eggnog. Enjoy this version guilt free, because it has no added sugar and is loaded with nutrients, fibre and protein. It contains half the sugar and calories as regular store bought eggnog. ( But still as flavourful and creamy!)


RECIPE:



  • 3 RIPE BANANAS

  • 3 EGGS

  • 2 TBSP. MAPLE SYRUP

  • 1/2 CUP CREAM ( OR COCONUT MILK FOR DAIRY FREE)

  • 1 CUP CASHEW MILK ( OR OTHER NON-DAIRY MILK OF CHOICE)

  • 2 TSP CINNAMON

  • DASH NUTMEG


Blend all ingredients together in a blender, and serve.

(I have always used raw eggs without issue, however research nd decide for yourself if you would like to heat the eggs, however, you risk changing the texture.)
