90 Minute In depth 1st session

Service Description

This will provide insight into root health issues. With the use of my body system analysis intake forms, we will create and discuss a plan to target imbalances and how to maintain a healthy lifestyle. A personalized 1 week sample meal plan will be provided and sent to your inbox. (includes recipes and shopping list.) We will also discuss possible roots issues such as mold exposure, parasites, gut pathogens and environmental toxins and create a personalized detox protocol. (cost of supplements in not included in price of session.) Appointments are done via zoom online. **please book this session a week or two out to prove time to compete and assess intake forms before our session. **

Cancellation Policy

Please give notice for cancellation or rescheduling. If late for session, it may not be extended out of respect to other clients whose appointments follow. Please respect my time, and I'll respect yours. ** Please do not book a call with me if you cannot commit to showing up or letting me know you cannot make it.
